Step 2: We will review your application and contact references.

Step 3: If we decide to moving forward in the hiring process, you will be contacted with any further questions.

Step 4: Once we have decided to hire you, we will send you a contract along with dates hired and information on staff training and our onboarding process. This will also include the necessary paperwork to pay you.

Our staff are key to our camp's success. Returning staff bring passion and consistency, so we reward this with a tiered pay scale. Those who return for more summers earn higher weekly pay for their dedication and experience at West Bank Bible Camp.

How it works: Each position has a base weekly pay. If a staff member returns to the same job for 3 or more weeks in subsequent years, they will earn more. We aim to ensure that a staff member with experience is compensated appropriately.

Graduating & College Staff (Cabin & Support Staff)

Year 1 - $425 + room and board
Year 2 - $450 + room and board
Year 3 - $475 + room and board
Year 4 - $500 + room and board
Year 5 - $525 + room and board

High School Staff (Grade 10, 11) (Cabin & Support Staff)

1st year staff - $150 + room and board
2nd year staff - $250 + room and board

We are looking to hire the following leadership positions:

• Discipleship Directors (1 Male, 2 Female) $500/week

• Program Director (1) $500/week

• Office Administrator (1) $500/week

• Head First Aid Attendant (1) $600/week

• Assistant First Aid Attendant (1) $500/week

• Head Wrangler (1) ($700/week

• Assistant Wranglers (2) $500/week

• Head Lifeguard (1) $600/week

• Assistant Lifeguards (4) $450/week

These wages are baseline but may be increased depending on years of service and experience.
